## Why these answers are right

**31. four-month certificate.** The table needs the type and length of the Sports Administrator course. The lecturer says that for sports administrators the faculty provides a 4 month certificate course, so four-month certificate fits the gap in three words or fewer.

**32. employment.** This gap is the entry requirement for sports administrators, followed by the printed words in sports administration. The lecturer says the course is for people in employment and that this employment must be current and related to sports administration, so the answer is current employment.

**33. 1-year diploma.** You need the course type for Sports Psychologist. The lecturer says the faculty offers a one year diploma course, open only to people who already hold a psychology degree, so the cell reads one-year diploma.
