## Why these answers are right

**11. B.** The question is about how long the company has run holidays, not how long it has existed. The speaker says it opened 25 years ago as a camping equipment retailer and only began offering camping holidays 20 years ago, after buying sites in the UK, so B is correct.

**12. A.** You need the country with the largest number of sites. Italy is mentioned first with some 64 sites, but the speaker then says France is where we have the majority of sites. Switzerland is only a planned expansion, so A, France, is correct.

**13. B.** The question asks which activity happens every day. Each day starts with a sports match that may be football or volleyball, then comes an hour of drama for everyone. Football is only one possible sport, and model making is one of the afternoon art activities that change daily, so B fits.
