## Why these answers are right

**11. B.** The question asks which button gives holiday costs. The menu says latest price lists are on button 2, which matches "how much holidays cost", so B is right. Button 1 covers special offers and button 3 complaints, so neither gives the general prices.

**12. A.** The key word is "currently". The message lists 12 centers throughout Western Europe and says the first center outside this area is only planned for next year. So at present the walks run only in Western Europe, which is A; C describes a future plan, not the current offer.

**13. A.** You need a true statement about the walks. The speaker says three walks a day cater for all skills and fitness levels, which matches a range of walking abilities in A. The guides work in many Travelite locations rather than locally, ruling out B, and C is too narrow.
