## Why these answers are right

**11. A.** The question asks which residents are increasing fastest. After calling the area home to one of the city's fastest growing communities, the speaker says graduates starting careers in fashion and design are buying the new apartments, which describes young professional people (A).

**12. C.** The question is what makes the side streets worth a visit. The speaker says the narrow old side streets are great for finding original pictures, jewelry and ceramics, which together are arts and crafts, so C is correct.

**13. B.** This asks what the competition clothes must do. Entrants have to base their outfit on ideas from the music and technology in their everyday life, which is contemporary culture, so B fits; the fibers can be natural or man-made, not necessarily local.
