## Why these answers are right

**1. update.** The table says the database allowed businesses to do something to their information regularly. Paragraph B states that participating businesses could update the details they gave on a regular basis, which kept the information accurate. Regularly paraphrases on a regular basis, so the word is update.

**2. environment.** The gap concerns what the evaluation looked at, the impact of each business on something. Paragraph B says that as part of the independent evaluation, the effect of each business on the environment was considered. Effect matches impact, so the answer is environment.

**3. captain.** The table mentions an interview with a former sports something. Paragraph C describes an interview with former All Blacks rugby captain Tana Umaga. Rugby is the sport, already covered by sports in the table, so the missing noun naming his role is captain.
