## Why these answers are right

**1. A.** The opening quotations come from two young participants. Doreen says that since joining the program she can buy breakfast and clothes, and Fan says he has learned cash management and made friends. They show what S.K.I. has done for them, option A.

**2. D.** The question is about the main purpose of S.K.I. The introduction says it works with partners to support the economic lives of street children, and every project described supplies business training and credit. That matches option D, business training and loans.

**3. C.** You need one cause the writer gives for children ending up on the streets. Among the listed factors is the demand for income at home, which means the family lacks money. A household short of money describes poverty, option C.
