## Is PTE Core or UKVI cheaper?

No. In every country above, PTE Academic, PTE Academic UKVI and PTE Core cost the same, so pick the test by what it's for: Academic for study and Australian or New Zealand visas, UKVI for UK visas, Core for Canadian immigration. PTE Home, for some UK family visas, is cheaper. The [booking guide](/pte/booking-guide) explains which one you need, and [PTE Core vs PTE Academic](/blog/pte-core-vs-pte-academic) compares those two.
